Info Product Factory collects information to respond to report requests, deliver updates, support purchases, and monitor service reliability.
Information collected
Report and service request forms may collect your email, buyer type, selected offer, website, decision context, scope acknowledgement, and any context you choose to provide. They may also record campaign source, medium, and campaign labels from the page URL. Subscriber forms collect your email. Checkout is handled by Stripe and may collect payment and receipt information.
How it is used
The information is used to reply to requests, confirm service scope, decide whether required fulfillment inputs are complete, send requested product updates, deliver purchases or service onboarding, provide support, measure campaign attribution, and keep operator-safe payment and delivery proof records.
Service monitoring
We use Sentry to monitor production errors and sample performance events to diagnose reliability problems. Diagnostic events can include error messages, page URLs, and technical context. Browser session replay is disabled, and the browser configuration disables Sentry's default personal-information collection. These settings do not guarantee that every diagnostic message or URL is free of personal information.
What stays out
Do not submit passwords, API tokens, payment secrets, private customer or order records, sensitive personal data or third-party personal records, trade secrets, privileged legal material, or protected account data through public forms. InfoFactory reports and services are designed to separate public-source notes from internal or protected material.
