These terms describe how Info Product Factory reports, research guides, products, fixed-scope services, and checkout flows should be used.
Reports and products
Reports and products are informational assets. They can support business decisions, but they are not legal, financial, tax, or compliance advice.
Source and confidence limits
Source-backed reports depend on the availability and freshness of public information. Recommendations should be treated as decision support and verified before major spending.
Purchases
JalenBuilds LLC is the seller of record and Stripe handles checkout. Access links and purchased assets are provided after successful checkout when the product or bundle is available. Digital products carry the 14-day refund stated on their product page; contact contact@jalenbuilds.com from the checkout email to request it.
Fixed-scope services
A service purchase covers only the inputs, outputs, limits, delivery window, acceptance criteria, and exclusions displayed on that service page. The delivery clock begins after payment and complete, usable intake or access is confirmed. It pauses while required inputs or access are missing, inaccessible, contradictory, or outside the purchased scope.
A buyer may cancel a service for a full refund before kickoff. After work begins, results-based refunds do not apply because platform visibility, legal outcomes, traffic, conversion, sales, and revenue are outside Info Product Factory's control. If Info Product Factory does not deliver a scoped item for reasons within its control, the buyer may choose completion or a proportional refund for that undelivered item.
For these terms, kickoff occurs when Info Product Factory sends written notice that the required intake is complete and work has started.
No outcome guarantee
Information and implementation support do not guarantee platform eligibility, inclusion, rankings, citations, recommendations, traffic, conversion, sales, revenue, legal compliance, certification, or regulatory acceptance. The EU AI content transparency service is operational readiness support, not legal advice, a legal opinion, certification, conformity assessment, or a compliance guarantee.
Responsible use
Buyers must provide accurate facts and have authority to share the submitted materials and grant any requested access. Do not submit passwords, payment data, customer or order exports, protected account data, trade secrets, sensitive personal data, third-party personal records, privileged legal material, or other third-party confidential information through public forms.
