Acceptance
How done is judged
- Every in-scope workflow appears in the readiness matrix.
- Each potential trigger points to the relevant Article 50 paragraph or named Commission guidance.
- Uncertain applicability is labelled “needs legal determination,” never presented as fact.
- Every gap has a next action, proposed owner, priority, and evidence artifact.
- No certification, legal opinion, or guarantee of compliance is stated or implied.
Scope boundary
What this pilot does not claim
- This is operational readiness support, not legal advice or a compliance certification.
- We do not decide whether a specific asset or system is legally in scope.
- We do not act as counsel, conformity assessor, regulator, or code-of-practice signatory.
- We do not deploy provenance tooling, watermarking infrastructure, or production content changes in the pilot price.

This service provides general operational information from public European Union materials; it is not legal advice, a legal opinion, certification, conformity assessment, regulatory representation, or a compliance guarantee. Questions
Read this before buying
Is this an EU AI Act compliance audit?
No. It is an operational readiness sprint that organizes content, owners, decisions, and evidence for qualified legal review. It is not a legal opinion or certification.
Does every AI-assisted asset need a label?
We do not make that blanket claim. Applicability depends on the system, content, role, and context. The sprint records those questions and routes them to qualified counsel.
Why do this before speaking with counsel?
A structured inventory and owner map can make counsel review faster and more specific. It does not replace that review.
Can you implement disclosures after the sprint?
A separate implementation phase can be scoped after the workflow and legal boundaries are confirmed by the buyer and its advisers.
